Stokeley Marshall has a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from the University of the West Indies (1997) and a Certificate in Legal Education from the Norman Manley Law School (1999). He graduated from the Norman Manley Law School with the prize for being Most Outstanding Student at it’s Legal Aid Clinic. Stokeley Marshall had earlier earned a Bachelors Degree in Management Studies (1991). He is a member of the Jamaican Bar Association and the Advocates Association of Jamaica. He is also a member of the Kiwanis Club of Kingston.

Mr. Marshall has also received training in Financial Crimes Investigation and completed the Securities Course at the Jamaican Institute of Management.

In addition, Mr. Marshall is an Adjunct Lecturer at the University of Technology, Jamaica where he lectures law courses to include Planning and Property Law and Company Law.
